2. Scope of this notice
This notice applies to website visitors, people making enquiries, clients, prospective clients, and representatives or contact persons of corporate clients. Casual Style Kft. processes only the data needed to answer enquiries, prepare offers, enter into and perform contracts, comply with law, and protect the website.

4. Offers to clients
- Casual Style Kft. sends offers only to existing clients, manually from the corporate address info@casualstyle.hu. No specialist bulk-email platform is used.
- Submitting the website form is not a subscription. Website enquirers are not automatically added to a marketing list.
- Recipients may opt out at any time, free of charge, by replying or emailing info@casualstyle.hu. Following an objection, their data will no longer be used for direct marketing.
- Where an address belongs to a natural person and applicable law requires prior consent, offers are sent only where that consent exists.
5. Recipients and processors
Access is limited to authorised persons at Casual Style Kft. Data may be disclosed to lawyers, accountants, banks, carriers and other partners only to the extent necessary to assess an enquiry or provide an agreed service, subject to confidentiality and an appropriate legal basis.
Website hosting and technical infrastructure providers, an email provider and the Make automation platform are used to operate the site and deliver enquiries. They may process data on the company’s behalf under contractual terms. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, GDPR transfer mechanisms are used, including an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
6. Cookies and analytics
The site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Only technically necessary session data may be used for CAPTCHA, security and the operation of the form. Blocking it may prevent the form from working; you can instead email info@casualstyle.hu directly.
7. Your rights
- receive information and a copy of your personal data;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- request erasure or restriction where the law provides;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- opt out of direct marketing at any time;
- withdraw consent where processing relies on consent;
- receive portable data where applicable;
- complain to a supervisory authority or seek a judicial remedy.
Requests may be sent to info@casualstyle.hu. The company responds without undue delay and normally within one month. It may request information needed to verify identity.

9. Security, automated decisions and changes
The company applies reasonable organisational and technical safeguards. It does not use automated decision-making or profiling producing legal or similarly significant effects. This notice may be updated when processing or the law changes; the current version is published on this page.
